What’s up with registering?
When you shop with BlondeLA.com, you will need to create an account with a login (your e-mail address) and a password. Your account will be secure, and we will not share your information with anyone. When you come back to the site and login, you will automatically be notified about new clothes and accessories that have become available since you last visited us. You can also sign-up for our e-mail list to receive updates about new lines, events and the like.
How do I register?
Click on “my account” and the site will guide you through the process. If you have never purchased from us, you are going to need to register with us to place an order. If, at this time, you already have items in your shopping bag, click on “checkout”, and you will automatically be prompted to register with our site.
Temporary Amnesia Regarding Your Password?
No problem. Go to your “my account” page and look for the “forgot password” link. You will be prompted to provide your email address. Then, BlondeLA.com will e-mail you a new password that you may later change by coming back to the “my account” page once you have logged-in. Passwords are case sensitive (follow the password exactly – lower case, upper case, numbers, etc.) so be sure to copy the exact password.
Significant Other Has Your Password & You Need To Change It?
No problem. You can change it easily. Once you log-in to your account, click on “my account”. If you see a link to "Change Password," then click on that. If not click on “Account” and then “Change Password”. Input your new password and click on “Submit”. Your new password will then be active.
How Do I Change Information In My Account?
Log into your account, and click on “Account Information”. Edit away and then click “Submit”. Your changes will be operative going forward.
Shopping At BlondeLA.Com (How To)
If you like an item, click on the “add to bag” link. As you are shopping, you may check on the items in your shopping bag by clicking “shopping bag”. You can always change quantities by changing the number to the left of the item, followed by a quick click of the “update” link. If you are ready to checkout, click on “checkout” located on each page. If you are a new customer, you may register at this time. If you have already registered with us, just sign-in using your e-mail address and password.
The merchandise sold on BlondeLA.com is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. BlondeLA.com reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

The measurements of the mannequins (who will remain nameless, unless you have some suggestions) used on the site are as follows:
Shoulders: 15” Wide
Bust: 36” Around
Waist: 25.5” Around

Item Availability
We will do our best to keep everything in stock. However, if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will appear in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Payment Types
BlondeLA.com accepts payment with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal, and will soon accept wire transfers.
Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?
Simply put, yes. Payments to BlondeLA.com are processed using PayPal Pro, the most secure payment processing system on the internet.
Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped in California (8.25%).
Order Tracking?
You will receive an e-mail order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. Thereafter, you will receive another e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. This e-mail will have a tracking number for your order. You may check the status of your shipment by going to www.ups.com with your tracking number handy. Once there, follow the instructions for tracking packages as provided by UPS.
Can I Change An Order Once It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have submitted an order we cannot modify or cancel that order.
Shipping Protocol – When Is My Order Processed?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday (unless it is a holiday). BlondeLA.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Domestic Shipping Costs
Domestic orders are sent via UPS. Upon checkout, shipping charges are calculated directly via from UPS with a handling fee added.
International Shipping Costs, Methods and Disclosure
International orders are sent via USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges are $15 (flat rate) and delivery time is an estimated 4-6 days.
CUSTOMS: All additional taxes, fees, tariffs and import fees charged by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. BlondeLA.com cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please contact the customs office of your country to request details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipment from BlondeLA.com, you are responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional tax and customs charges.

We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds for items returned by mail within 14 days of receipt of same will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days of receipt of same will be in the form of store credit only. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
Credit will not be issued unless all items returned must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in the original condition with all tags attached.
BlondeLA.com will refund ground shipping costs if the return is the result of BlondeLA.com’s error.

All merchandise that is purchased at BlondeLA.com must be returned by shipment to our website address and will not be accepted by walk-in at the Santa Monica store. We recommend that you track and insure your return as we are not responsible for lost packages.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your package has been received at BlondeLA.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from BlondeLA.com.
